Location
Rosa Festival takes place at Kenslow Farm, Middleton-By-Youlgreave in the heart of The Peak District. Please prepare travel to DE45 1LY and follow signs to Rosa Festival. The festival site is located on a working farm, please be respectful of the land and livestock.

Opening Times
Rosa Festival 2025 is taking place 20th - 23rd June 2025. The festival gates open Friday the 20th at 12:00pm and close at 10:00pm. We recommend that you aim to arrive between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. On the Saturday and Sunday, gates will open at 12:00pm and will close at 9:00pm. Attendees are welcome to come and go from the festival as they please during these hours, just show your wristband upon re-entry. If leaving the site to explore the beautiful Peak District please be respectful to the environment, especially the surrounding buildings and livestock. We are in contact with local authorities and members of the surrounding community. If we are informed of any adverse behaviour you may be refused re-entry to the site.
Camping & Accessibility
There are three campsites across the site, all close to the action. Drinking water and toilets are available at all times. Please inform us of any disabled access requirements in advance and we will ensure you are camping within the vicinity of the disabled toilets.
Glamping
Glamping is available at Rosa Festival 2025. Glamping tickets may be purchased from our tickets page (add-ons) section. All glamping tickets include a 5m bell tent and are limited to a maximum of 4 persons. All glamping attendees must hold an additional weekend camping ticket to grant entry to the festival.
Tickets & Admission
Access to the site is strictly for over 18's. Please bring relevant identification (Passports or Driver's Licences) to ensure successful admission to the Festival. Screenshots of any form of ID will not be accepted. Upon purchasing tickets for Rosa Festival your ttickets will be sent to via email. Purchasing any Rosa Festival product confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, see https://rosafestival.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. Tickets grant camping admission to the festival site from Friday to Monday. Tickets are to be shown on the gate where the tickets unique QR code will be scanned and, if valid, a weekend camping wristband will be issued which can be used for readmission to the festival. Please do not take off your wristband as this could result in refused entry to the site.
Travel
By Train: Due to greater taxi service availability, we recommend you get a taxi directly from Sheffield train station. There are also various local train stations and smaller taxi services nearer to site if preferable.
By Car: Please follow directions to the location specified above, signage around the site will guide you into the festival car park.
Car Parking
Parking passes can be purchased separately on our website, or be purchased on site upon arrival - parking passes cost £15 online and £20 on the gate. We encourage car sharing to reduce our impact on the environment. The car park is located just outside of the festival gate. There is no off-street parking nearby. Sleeping in your car is not permitted. A separate site is provided for campervans upon purchasing a campervan / live-in-vehicle pass. Parking passes will be sent to you via email.
Car Sharing
We have created a discord channel for people to discuss all things Rosa, including arranging car shares amongst fellow attendees.
Campervans & Live-In Vehicles
There is a designated area for a limited number of campervan pitches. If you are planning to stay in your vehicle for the duration of the festival, please ensure you add a campervan pass to your ticket order. The campervan pass does not include a festival ticket, this must be purchased additionally per vehicle. Please ensure all persons sleeping in the vehicle have their own festival ticket. Your campervan pitch should not exceed 5m x 7m and can be used for campervans, caravans and live-in vehicles. If your vehicle exceeds this pitch size please purchase more than 1 pass.
Amenities
Rosa Festival provides a vibrant community space with a variety of amenities to enhance your experience.
**Food Vendors:** A diverse selection of food vendors will be available on-site, catering to various dietary needs and preferences. Expect delicious meals, snacks, and treats throughout the festival.
**Bars & Beverages:** Our on-site pub and bars will keep the drinks flowing, offering a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Enjoy a premium selection of cocktails, spirits, beers, and soft drinks. Please note that the bar operates a cashless policy.
**Cash & Card Payments:** While the bar is cashless, many food and merchandise vendors will accept both cash and card payments for your convenience.
**Chillout Zone:** Relax and recharge in our comfy chillout zone, conveniently located next to the bar. It's the perfect place to take a break, gather your thoughts, and socialize with fellow festival-goers.
**Other Vendors:** Discover a multitude of other amazing vendors offering a variety of products and services. Explore unique crafts, clothing, accessories, and more to enhance your festival experience.
What To Bring
Make sure to bring all the standard camping gear: sleeping bags, tents, sun cream, etc. There will be food vendors on site but feel free to bring your own grub, however please note you cannot bring disposable barbeques (gas stoves are allowed). Even though this event is during the height of summer, the Peak District can be a cold mistress at night so please remember to bring your warm clothes! On site there will be access to drinking water, communal campfires, bins and skips for waste disposal and toilets.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is limited to approximately 40 units per person; the equivalent to 16 beers, 4 bottles of wine or 1 litre of 40% spirit (must be decanted if originally in glass bottles). Alcohol must be brought in upon first admission to the festival - if re-entering the festival after your wristband has been issued any alcohol on your person will be confiscated. Challenge 25 will be in action at both the festival gates and bars so please bring your IDs (Passport or Driver's Licence) ready to be checked.
Medical and Welfare
Professional medical staff will be on site for the entire duration of the festival. If you are feeling unwell at any point, tell a steward and they will direct you to the medical tent to assist you with any medical concerns.
Prohibited Items
Please do not bring any of the following items listed below. Security and Stewards reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items on site: Glass: please decant all spirits into plastic containers, Portable barbeques: gas stoves are allowed, Drugs / Illegal Substances, Campfires: There are managed campfire areas, Fireworks, Weapons.
Environment and Waste
Be respectful of others and your surroundings. There will be bins and skips on site, please try your best to use these to dispose of your litter. We have zero-tolerance when it comes to litter, if your camp is left in a mess after the event, you will be permanently banned from all future events.
